Enjoy the seasonal taste of fall with these high-protein baked apple fritters! Lower in calories but full of flavor, these donuts are made with all-purpose flour, protein powder, Monkfruit sweetener, and diced Pink Lady apples. A delightful and healthier treat!

1: Mix all the dry ingredients together. 2: Add in the diced apple and toss it in the mixture with a fork. 3: Add the Greek yogurt and light margarine, and stir more with a fork. 4: Use your hands to form two separate balls of dough and shape them into bear claw/apple fritter shapes (about 1 inch thick). 5: Bake in the air fryer at 375°F for 10-12 minutes, or in the oven for 20-25 minutes on a tray lined with parchment paper (broil for the last 3 minutes). 6: While they're baking, mix the Lakanto powdered sugar and water together, then pour/brush it onto the fritters when they're done.
