1: Mix the ingredients for the marinade together. 2: Press and drain your tofu, then chop it into cubes and mix in the marinade. 3: Cook the rice noodles in boiling water for 1 minute, then drain. 4: Heat up your nonstick pan and spray with cooking spray. 5: In the pan, add the diced onion and minced garlic, then add the tofu shortly after. 6: Add the rice noodles and stir, then add the bean sprouts and stir. 7: Once that’s done, pour the mixture into a bowl and top with diced green onions. 8: Enjoy.
