These cranberry banana bars are a delightful holiday treat that are low in calories but full of flavor! Each bar has about 100 calories and is perfect out of the oven or chilled in the fridge. They are made with protein powder, bananas, Greek yogurt, and are topped with a sweet glaze for a festive touch.

1: Preheat the oven to 325F. 2: Mix the dry ingredients together, then add the wet ingredients. 3: Mix 60g of the chopped cranberries into the batter. 4: Spray a loaf pan with cooking spray, then pour the batter in and add the remaining cranberries on top. 5: Bake for 30-35 minutes, checking after 25 minutes. 6: While it’s baking, mix the glaze ingredients together. 7: Take the loaf out and cover it with the glaze, then slice into 6 pieces. 8: Dig in and store leftovers in the fridge.
