1: Preheat the oven to 350F. 2: Mix the dry ingredients in one bowl (except chocolate chips). 3: Add the powdered peanut butter to another bowl with a tablespoon of water (add more if needed) and mix. 4: Add the rest of the wet ingredients to the PB, then mix in the dry ingredients. 5: Mix in half the mini chocolate chips. 6: Line a circular baking tin with parchment paper and cooking spray, then spread the batter. 7: Top with the rest of the chocolate chips. 8: Bake for 13-16 minutes, then dig in.
