1: Press and drain the tofu, pull apart into pieces for scramble. 2: Mix the 10g nutritional yeast, turmeric, salt, garlic powder, and 30ml fairlife and set mixture aside. 3: Blend the cottage cheese, garlic powder, salt, paprika, and 10ml fairlife for the sauce. 4: Cook tofu on medium heat on the stovetop for a few minutes, then pour the first mixture over top and cook for 5 more minutes. 5: Assemble each burrito (warm up tortilla for 30 seconds) with the tofu scramble, black beans, onions, and sauce. 6: Air fry for 5-6 minutes at 400°F, then enjoy.
