1: Preheat the oven to 450F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper + a bit of cooking spray. 2: Mix the ingredients for the dough together, then use the back of a spoon to spread the dough onto the parchment paper in a beaver-tail like fashion. 3: Bake for 8 minutes, and while that’s baking, mix the sugar topping ingredients together in one bowl, and the frosting ingredients in another. 4: Take the beaver tail out of the oven, remove the parchment paper, and brush both sides with the sugar topping. 5: Frost it and put it back in the oven for 3 minutes. 6: Top with the brownie cut into pieces and the white chocolate chips and enjoy!
