A higher protein, lower calorie version of the addictive holiday dessert, cranberry bliss bars. These bars are substantial in size and perfect for the festive season, packed with flavors of vanilla, cranberries, and a creamy frosting.

1: Preheat the oven to 350F. 2: Mix the dry ingredients for the bars together, then add the wet ingredients (add white chocolate & cranberries last). 3: Spray an 8x8 inch baking tin with cooking spray and pour in the batter. 4: Bake for 22 minutes. 5: While that's baking, mix the frosting ingredients together, then store in the fridge. 6: Let the bars cool completely, then frost them. 7: Melt the white chocolate and coconut oil together, then add the cranberries on top. 8: Cut into 8 triangles, then enjoy!
