1: Preheat the oven to 350F. 2: Mix the dry ingredients for the blondie together, then add the wet. 3: Pour the batter into an 8x8 baking tin lined with parchment paper. 4: For the filling: melt light margarine and white chocolate chips, then add cinnamon and swerve brown sugar. 5: Spoon the filling onto the blondie mixture and swirl it with a knife. 6: Bake for 30 minutes and make the frosting while it’s baking. 7: Mix all the frosting ingredients together (add a tiny bit of cold water at the end as needed), then store it in the fridge. 8: Let blondies cool for at least 15 minutes, then slice and frost.
