1: Prepare rice until cooked in the wok or a pot. 2: Chop and drain tofu, mix with soy sauce, air fry for 7 minutes at 400°F. 3: Beat 2 eggs, then add to wok and cook while breaking into small pieces, then remove from pan. 4: Pour the diced veggies into the wok, then cook. 5: Pour the rice into the wok, cook for 2 minutes and stir, then add the rest of the soy sauce, tofu, and eggs. 6: Serve and enjoy!
