A delicious low-calorie cheesecake packed with protein, featuring a crust made from crushed Oreo wafers and a filling of Greek yogurt, cream cheese, and cookies and cream powder. The entire cheesecake has less than 500 calories, making it a guilt-free dessert choice!

1: Mix the crust ingredients together. 2: Pour into a 4.5 inch mini springform pan (sprayed with cooking spray) and bake for 10 mins at 350F. 3: While that’s baking, mix the nonfat Greek yogurt, fat free cream cheese, vanilla extract, and sweetener using an electric mixer if you have one. 4: Melt the white chocolate chips in the microwave and pour that in. 5: Mix in the crushed Oreo. 6: Pour the mixture on top of the crust. 7: Bake for 25 mins at 325F, then lower to 200F and bake for 35-40 more mins. 8: Refrigerate for 3+ hours (or overnight) covered with plastic wrap. 9: Enjoy!
