This monkey bread recipe is delicious and best enjoyed right out of the oven. It features a mix of flour, protein powder, Greek yogurt, and sliced bananas, topped with a sweet monkfruit mixture and a glaze.

1: Preheat the oven to 350F. 2: Mix the dry ingredients for the monkey bread together, then mix in the wet (add the bananas last). 3: Spray your 6.5 inch cast iron skillet with cooking spray and add the batter into 6 or 7 sections. 4: Mix the ingredients for the topping together and pour over the batter. 5: Bake for 25-30 mins, then mix the glaze ingredients together and pour over the monkey bread. 6: Enjoy.
