1: Heat the almond milk on medium in a pan, then mix the cream cheese in (while keeping on heat). 2: Boil the penne, and rinse the konjac penne in cold water in a strainer. 3: Add the parmesan and mozzarella cheese and stir, then mix in the konjac penne. 4: Drain the regular penne and then mix it in, then add the salt and garlic powder and remove from heat. 5: Pour into a bowl and enjoy!
