1: Preheat the oven to 400°F. 2: Mix the dry ingredients for the oats together (except the crushed Oreos) then add the wet ingredients. 3: Spray your 6.5 inch cast iron skillet with cooking spray, then pour in half the batter. 4: Mix the filling ingredients together, then add that into the batter in clumps (don’t mix). 5: Pour the other half of the batter on top and spread with the back of a wet spoon. 6: Top with the crushed Oreos. 7: Bake for around 15 minutes, then dig in!
