A lighter version of cauliflower wings made in the air fryer, featuring a batter that's delicious yet allows the vegetable flavor to shine through. Perfect for sharing with a buddy! Recipe adjustments are noted for oven cooking as well.

1: Mix the flour, garlic powder, salt, almond milk, and egg white together. 2: Stick a fork in each piece of cauliflower and cover it in the batter, then transfer to a baking tray lined with aluminum foil and sprayed with cooking spray. 3: Cook the pieces in the air fryer for around 12-15 minutes, shaking the basket a couple of times throughout. 4: Mix the BBQ sauce, soy sauce, and teriyaki marinade together. 5: Take the pieces out of the air fryer and toss in the sauce mixture, then transfer back to the air fryer and cook for another 5 minutes. 6: Enjoy! Note to make these in the oven: bake for 25 minutes first, then toss to coat in sauce, then bake for another 15 minutes.
