A delicious Protein Pop Tart made with a lower calorie wrap, flavored protein powder, coconut flour, and Greek yogurt. Perfect for a nutritious snack with a sprinkle of Cinnamon Toast Crunch on top!

1: Trim the sides of the flatbread or wrap to make an even rectangle (you’ll use about 2/3 of the flatbread), then divide that into two halves (for the top and bottom of the pop tart). 2: Mix the protein powder, coconut flour, stevia, and Greek yogurt together in a bowl. Add 1-2 tbsp of cold water to get an icing-like consistency. 3: Lay out one pop tart half on a lined baking sheet, top with half the frosting. Then sprinkle 5g of the cereal on top. 4: Dip the edges of the other pop tart half in water and add on top of the bottom piece. Use your fingers to seal, then use a fork dipped in water to crimp the edges. 5: Spray the top with a bit of cooking spray, then cook in your air fryer at 350°F for 8 mins or the oven at 400°F for 10 mins. 6: Let it cool for 5 mins, then add the rest of the frosting and sprinkle on the other 5g of the cereal. Then enjoy!
