A delicious kale and mushroom dip made with light cream cheese, Greek yogurt, and light mozzarella cheese, perfect for pairing with assorted dippers like pretzel crisps and naan.

1: Chop up the kale and mushrooms. 2: Mix the cream cheese, yogurt, 30g of the mozza cheese, kale, and mushrooms together in a bowl, then add spices. 3: Spray a 6.5 inch cast iron skillet with cooking spray, then pour the mixture in. 4: Cook in the air fryer for 3 mins at 370F, then add another 20g of shredded cheese and cook for another 4-6 mins. Adjust the time if cooking in the oven. 5: Pair with your favourite crackers or pita and enjoy!
