A high-protein take on classic pop-tarts made using an air fryer. Filled with protein powder, Greek yogurt, and powdered peanut butter, these treats are decadent yet nutritious. Perfect for those on a macro-friendly diet.

1: Trim the sides of the flatbread to make an even rectangle, then divide that into two halves (for the top and bottom of the pop tart). 2: Mix the protein powder, coconut flour, swerve, powdered PB, and Greek yogurt together (add 1 tbsp of water if needed). 3: Lay out one pop tart half on a lined baking sheet, top with half the filling. 4: Dip the edges of the other pop tart half in water and add on top of the bottom piece. 5: Use your fingers to seal, then use a fork dipped in water to crimp the edges. 6: Spray with a bit of cooking spray, then air fry at 350F for 8 mins (or bake at 400F for 10 mins). 7: Let cool for 5 mins, then frost with the leftover filling and top with sliced mini peanut butter cups. 8: Take a bite!
