A delicious chocolate marshmallow cookie baked in a skillet, topped with ice cream for a delightful treat.

1: Mix the dry ingredients together (except chocolate chips and marshmallows) then add the wet. 2: Put the mixture in the freezer for 5 mins to thicken, then add the chocolate chips. 3: Spray a 6.5 inch cast iron skillet with cooking spray, then pour the mixture in. 4: Add the marshmallows on top. 5: Cook in the air fryer at 250F for 8 mins or the oven at 350F for 6-8 mins. 6: Add some @halotop_ca on top and enjoy.
