A macro-friendly version of the classic pop tart, combining white chocolate and peppermint for a festive treat. This recipe makes delicious, guilt-free pop tarts using lavash bread, protein powder, and Greek yogurt.

1: Cut the lavash bread into 4 even slices. 2: Mix the dry ingredients for the filling, then add the Greek yogurt and slowly mix in the cold water. 3: Mix in half of the white chocolate. 4: Lay two of the lavash bread pieces down and add 1/4 filling to each. 5: Press down the other lavash bread pieces on top, then wet a fork and crimp the edges to make it look like a pop tart. 6: Spray each one with cooking spray, then air fry for 10 mins at 350°F. 7: Let them cool completely, then spread the rest of the filling on top of each one as frosting. 8: Top each one with the rest of the white chocolate and candy cane pieces, then dig in!
