1: Chop up Brussels sprouts into 4-6 pieces each (cut off stems), add to a bowl and spray with cooking spray. Toss with salt, garlic powder, everything bagel seasoning, and a bit of parmesan cheese. 2: Press your tofu and chop into small blocks.
