Chocolate covered blueberry overnight oats that recreate a favorite snack from university. The ganache tastes like chocolate frosting and it’s packed with protein.

1: Mix the dry ingredients for the oats together, then add the wet ingredients. 2: Store in the fridge while you prepare the ganache in another bowl. 3: Mix the dry ingredients for the ganache together, then add the wet ingredients. 4: Pour and spread the ganache over the oats, then put in the fridge for at least 4 hours or overnight. 5: Add the blueberries and chocolate chips on top (press them down a bit). 6: Grab a spoon and dig in.
