Delicious popcorn tofu nuggets made with extra firm tofu, skim protein milk, and a crispy coating of breadcrumbs. Perfect as a high-protein snack or meal!

1: Press and drain the tofu, then break into pieces. 2: Pour the milk and lemon juice into one bowl. 3: In another bowl, mix flour, nutritional yeast, and spices. 4: Place panko breadcrumbs in a third bowl. 5: Dip a piece of tofu into the milk, coat evenly in the flour, dip again in the milk, and roll in the breadcrumbs. 6: Repeat with all the pieces. 7: Air fry for 15 minutes at 400°F. 8: Pair with ketchup or mustard for dipping (optional) and enjoy!
