These Healthy Pizza Pockets are made with nonfat Greek yogurt and all-purpose flour, stuffed with light Tex Mex cheese, marinara sauce, and vegan pepperoni for a deliciously nutritious snack.

1: Mix the first 5 ingredients together for the dough. 2: One by one, roll out the dough into a circle. 3: Add cheese, sauce, and pepperoni (or other fillings of choice) in the center. 4: Pinch both edges of the dough, then flatten out. 5: Repeat for the other 3 portions of dough. 6: Air fry at 400°F for 13-15 minutes, flipping halfway through. 7: Enjoy your healthy pizza pockets!
