What you need

oz vanilla protein powder

oz cinnamon

fl oz unsweetened almond milk

oz all purpose flour
oz unsweetened applesauce
oz baking powder

oz apple

oz brown sugar

tsp salt

fl oz olive oil cooking spray

granulated sugar

tsp ground cinnamon
Instructions
1: Preheat the oven to 350°F. 2: Mix the dry ingredients, then add the chopped apples, then mix in the wet ingredients. 3: Spray your donut pan/silicon mould with cooking spray. 4: Bake for around 15 minutes. 5: While that’s baking, mix the Swerve granular and cinnamon for the topping. 6: Take the donuts out, then spray each one with a bit of cooking spray and dunk in the topping. 7: Enjoy your donuts.View original recipe
