What you need

oz nonfat greek yogurt

fl oz vanilla extract

oz light butter

tsp salt

oz all purpose flour

oz baking powder
oz fresh blueberries

oz vanilla protein powder
egg

monk fruit extract
Instructions
1: Preheat the oven to 375°F. 2: Mix the dry ingredients together (except the blueberries), then add the wet ingredients. 3: Mix in around 70g of the blueberries, saving the rest. 4: Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and scoop the batter to make 6 muffin tops. 5: Add the rest of the blueberries on top. 6: Bake for 20 minutes. 7: Sprinkle some more brown Monkfruit on top and enjoy.View original recipe
