What you need

tsp garlic powder

oz red onion

tsp paprika

tsp salt

bunch fresh chives

flour tortilla

oz mexican crema

organic eggs
Instructions
1: Heat up your pan to medium and cook the onions for a few mins, then add the beyond meat and cook until browned. 2: Blend the cottage cheese in a blender/food processor. 3: Beat 8 eggs with a fork or whisk, then mix in the cottage cheese. 4: Cook scrambled eggs on low heat, then season with salt, garlic powder, and paprika as desired. 5: Chop up the chives. 6: Warm up each tortilla for 30 sec, then layer eggs, beyond meat mixture, cilantro crema, then chives. 7: Roll burritos as shown in the video, then air fry for 5 mins at 400F (can also cook on stovetop or sandwich press). 8: Enjoy.View original recipe
