What you need

oz brown sugar

oz powdered peanut butter

tbsp water

fl oz vanilla extract

oz banana

oz liquid egg whites

oz light butter

fl oz orange juice

oz no-calorie sweetener
Instructions
1: Melt the light butter/margarine over medium heat. 2: Slice the bananas, then add to the pan and cook for a couple of minutes. 3: Add the swerve brown sugar, then the light orange juice, and cook until browned. 4: Meanwhile, whisk the egg whites, vanilla extract, and swerve granular together in a shallow bowl or Tupperware. 5: Dunk the two slices of bread evenly so they absorb the mixture. 6: Cook in a pan on the stovetop for a few minutes on each side (until evenly done). 7: Remove from heat and put on a plate. 8: Mix the powdered peanut butter with 1 tablespoon of water, then pour over the French toast. 9: Add the bananas on top, then dig in.View original recipe
