oz nutritional yeast

tsp garlic powder

oz cauliflower florets

oz chickpea
fl oz skim milk

oz low fat cottage cheese

oz shredded cheese
Instructions
1: Blend all the ingredients for the cheese sauce together and set aside. 2: Spray chopped veggies with cooking spray and season with salt, garlic powder, paprika.
