oz vanilla protein powder

oz nonfat greek yogurt

oz cinnamon

fl oz unsweetened almond milk
oz unsweetened applesauce

oz low fat cream cheese

oz baking powder

oz powdered sugar

cup monk fruit extract
Instructions
1: Preheat the oven to 400°F. 2: Mix the dry ingredients for the baked oats together, then add the wet. 3: Spray a 6.5 inch cast iron skillet with cooking spray and pour the batter in. 4: Mix the filling ingredients together, add in globs on top of the baked oats batter, then use a knife to swirl it. 5: Bake for 18-20 minutes. 6: Mix the frosting ingredients together while the oats are baking. 7: Pour the frosting over the baked oats, then enjoy!View original recipe
