What you need
fl oz skim milk

oz margarine

tsp fine sea salt

oz low fat cottage cheese

oz garlic

oz feta

oz pasta
Instructions
1: Blend cottage cheese, milk, feta, and cornstarch to make the sauce. 2: Cook the pasta and drain, then set aside. 3: Heat the same pot used to make the pasta on low-medium heat, then add the light margarine until melted. 4: Pour in the sauce, then add garlic and salt. 5: Stir for about 5 mins until small bubbles start to form. 6: Remove from heat, let cool for a few mins, then pour in the pasta and combine. 7: Enjoy!View original recipe
