A delicious high protein, lower calorie version of the classic Canadian Nanaimo bars, consisting of three layers: a chocolate base, a creamy filling, and a chocolate coating.

What you need

fl oz unsweetened almond milk

oz unsweetened shredded coconut

oz nonfat greek yogurt

fl oz vanilla extract

oz oat flour

oz coconut flour

oz chocolate chips

oz chocolate protein powder

oz vanilla protein powder

oz unsweetened cocoa

oz light butter
Instructions
1: Mix the dry ingredients for the base together, then add the unsweetened almond milk. 2: Line a baking dish with parchment paper, and press down the base layer. 3: Mix the filling ingredients together and pour/spread over the base. 4: Store this in the freezer for 20 mins. 5: Melt the mini chocolate chips and coconut oil together in 30 sec intervals. 6: Pour and spread over the bars. 7: Slice into 9 bars and enjoy.View original recipe
