What you need

oz nonfat greek yogurt

oz powdered sugar

oz vanilla pudding mix

oz oreo cookie

oz pretzel

oz no-calorie sweetener

cup chocolate wafer crumbs
Instructions
1: Mix the protein powder, powdered sugar, vanilla pudding mix, granular sweetener, and Oreo baking crumbs together in a bowl. 2: Mix in the nonfat Greek yogurt until smooth (if you need to, add a tsp of cold water). 3: Top with crushed Oreos, then put in the fridge for 3-4 hours OR freezer for 1 hour to thicken. 4: Take it out and enjoy with pretzel crisps or another dipper of choice.View original recipe
