What you need

oz vanilla protein powder

fl oz unsweetened almond milk

oz cinnamon
oz unsweetened applesauce

oz low fat cream cheese

oz baking powder

oz powdered sugar

oz monk fruit extract

oz powdered peanut butter
Instructions
1: Mix oat flour, protein powder, Monkfruit sweetener, and baking powder together. 2: Mix the powdered peanut butter with a bit of cold water until thick (like actual PB). 3: Add that to the batter, then pour in the almond milk. 4: Line a plate with parchment paper and spray with cooking spray, then pour the batter onto it and spread with the back of a wet spoon. 5: Mix the filling ingredients together, then use a spoon to swirl onto the top of the cookie. 6: Microwave the cookie for 1.5 minutes. 7: Combine the frosting ingredients and spread onto the cookie.View original recipe
