oz vanilla protein powder

oz nonfat greek yogurt

fl oz unsweetened almond milk

oz baking powder

oz powdered sugar

oz light cream cheese

oz oreo cookie

cup chocolate wafer crumbs

oz monk fruit extract
Instructions
1: Preheat the oven to 400°F. 2: Mix the dry ingredients for the oats together (except the crushed Oreos) then add the wet ingredients. 3: Spray your 6.5 inch cast iron skillet with cooking spray, then pour in half the batter. 4: Mix the filling ingredients together, then add that into the batter in clumps (don’t mix). 5: Pour the other half of the batter on top and spread with the back of a wet spoon. 6: Top with the crushed Oreos. 7: Bake for around 15 minutes, then dig in!View original recipe
