oz all purpose flour

tsp garlic powder
oz baking powder

oz tomato sauce

tsp salt

oz shallot

oz green onion

oz low fat shredded mozzarella

oz parmesan

Instructions
1: Preheat oven to 425F. 2: Mix the flour, baking powder, salt, and garlic powder in a bowl. 3: Mix in the Greek yogurt the best you can with a spoon, then spray your hands with cooking spray and knead the dough. 4: Flour a flat surface, then roll the dough out with a rolling pin. 5: Spread the sauce, shredded cheese, and vegan pepperoni on the dough. 6: Roll the dough into a log and cut into 4 pieces. 7: Place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and sprayed with cooking spray. 8: Top with shallots, green onion, and parmesan. 9: Bake for 20 minutes, then eat.View original recipe
