oz nonfat greek yogurt

oz salt

oz coconut flour

oz all purpose flour

oz baking powder

oz mushroom

oz egg white

oz shredded mozzarella

Instructions
1: Preheat the oven to 450°F. 2: Mix the dry ingredients for the dough together, then add the wet. 3: Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and a bit of spray, then spread the dough out into a rectangle (wet the back of a spoon to make this easier). 4: Bake for 3 minutes, then take it out and cut the dough into 3 even sections. 5: Add the filling evenly into each section (sauce, then cheese, then mushrooms, then pepperoni). 6: Seal the dough pockets by pressing them down with a fork/your fingers and a bit of cooking spray. 7: Bake for around 10 more minutes (check it after 8 minutes though), then enjoy!View original recipe
