A healthier version of the classic Beaver Tail, this protein brownie variant has 139 fewer calories and an extra 21.5g of protein, making it a guilt-free treat that can be made at home.
Preheat the oven to 450F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper + a bit of cooking spray.
Mix the ingredients for the dough together, then use the back of a spoon to spread the dough onto the parchment paper in a beaver-tail like fashion.
Bake for 8 minutes, and while that’s baking, mix the sugar topping ingredients together in one bowl, and the frosting ingredients in another.
Take the beaver tail out of the oven, remove the parchment paper, and brush both sides with the sugar topping.
Frost it and put it back in the oven for 3 minutes.
Top with the brownie cut into pieces and the white chocolate chips and enjoy!
