What you need

oz cornmeal

fl oz unsweetened almond milk

oz nonfat greek yogurt
egg

oz oat flour
oz unsweetened applesauce

tsp salt

fl oz white vinegar
oz baking powder

oz liquid egg whites

oz vanilla protein powder
Instructions
1: Preheat the oven to 400F. 2: Mix the dry ingredients together. 3: Mix the white vinegar with the unsweetened almond milk to make buttermilk, then set aside for 10 mins. 4: Add the wet ingredients and mix thoroughly, then add the buttermilk in last. 5: Spray a loaf pan with cooking spray, then pour the batter in evenly. 6: Bake for 20-25 mins, then slice and enjoy.View original recipe
