Delicious protein donuts made using a muffin tin, topped with Cinnamon Toast Crunch or Golden Oreos. Perfect for using pantry ingredients and creating a healthy snack option.

What you need

oz nonfat greek yogurt

oz powdered peanut butter
oz unsweetened applesauce

oz baking powder

oz stevia

oz coconut flour

oz liquid egg whites

oz vanilla protein powder

cup water

box cinnamon bread
Instructions
1: Preheat the oven to 350F. 2: Mix the dry ingredients for the base together (except the last two), then the wet. 3: Mix the Golden Oreo with one half of the batter, and the CTC with the other half. 4: Pour the batter into 6 muffin tins sprayed with cooking spray. 5: Roll up 6 small balls of tin foil, then create a hole in the batter in the middle of each tin and place the foil ball there. 6: Cook for 9 minutes, then cool. 7: While the donuts are cooking, mix the frosting ingredients together (only add a bit of water at a time until you get a good consistency). 8: Frost the donuts and add the toppings accordingly.View original recipe
