S'mores Brownies

1: Preheat the oven to 350°F.

2: Mix the flour, protein powder, baking powder, cocoa powder, and swerve together.

3: In another bowl, mix the egg, Greek yogurt, and almond milk together, then pour and combine with the dry ingredients.

4: Line a baking tin with parchment paper and pour 2/3 of the mixture into the tin.

5: Top the mixture with graham cracker sheets, then cut the marshmallows in half and place on each one.

6: Pour the other 1/3 of the mixture evenly on top.

7: Bake for 25-30 minutes; optionally, you can broil for the last 2 minutes (check at 25 minutes).

8: Let cool, then enjoy.
