oz nonfat greek yogurt

oz coconut flour

oz spinach

oz all purpose flour

oz baking powder

oz egg white

oz low fat shredded mozzarella

oz part-skim ricotta

oz parmesan cheese

oz cherry tomato
Instructions
1: Preheat the oven to 450°F. 2: Mix all-purpose flour, coconut flour, baking powder, and garlic powder together. 3: Stir in the Greek yogurt and egg whites. 4: Spread your dough into a pizza shape on a baking tray lined with parchment paper. 5: Make the outer crust part thicker and bake for 8 minutes. 6: Lightly cook the tomatoes and spinach on the stovetop (not fully) while the crust bakes. 7: Remove the crust from the oven, take off the parchment paper, and cook for an additional 3 minutes. 8: Cover the crust with mozzarella cheese, spinach, tomatoes, and ricotta in that order. 9: Cook for 5-7 more minutes, then cut into slices and enjoy!View original recipe
