oz oyster mushrooms

oz nonfat greek yogurt

oz all purpose flour

oz baking powder

tsp fine sea salt

oz low fat shredded mozzarella

oz alfredo sauce
tbsp Gluten-Free Everything Bagel
Instructions
1: Mix the ingredients for the dough together (first 5). 2: Add flour to a surface and roll out the dough with a rolling pin (or a glass if you don’t have one). 3: Cut the cheese strings in half and roll into the crust. 4: Top the dough with Alfredo sauce, mozzarella cheese, and oyster mushrooms. 5: Spray with cooking spray and sprinkle the bagel seasoning on the crust. 6: Bake for 20-23 mins at 400F (broil for the last min). 7: Slice into 4, let cool and dig in!View original recipe
