What you need

oz red onion

oz queso fresco

oz low fat shredded mozzarella

flatbread
Instructions
1: Preheat the oven to 400F. 2: Cut the wraps into 3 halves. 3: Finely chop up the onion and pepper. 4: Lay down one wrap half and spread 10g queso, then half the smart ground, and half the veggies, then sprinkles 5g mozzarella cheese. 5: Lay down another half then repeat. 6: Top the final half with 10g queso and 8g shredded mozza cheese. 7: Bake for 15 mins then enjoy!View original recipe
