Instructions
1: Slice up the onions and lightly cook them in a pan on the stovetop. 2: Air fry/cook the tempeh for a few minutes. 3: Mix the Eggcitables mix with equal parts water, then pour the mix into the pan. 4: Cook the Eggcitables for about 2 minutes on each side. 5: Assemble the sandwich: spread BBQ sauce, and layer spinach, onions, tomato, vegan egg, and tempeh. 6: Air fry the sandwich at 400°F for 4 minutes on each side, using a mini cast iron skillet as a weight, or cook it in a pan with a weight on top.View original recipe
