What you need

oz quick oats
fl oz skim milk

fl oz brewed coffee

fl oz vanilla extract

oz chocolate protein powder

oz vanilla protein powder

oz ricotta cheese

oz unsweetened cocoa

cup monk fruit extract
Instructions
1: Mix the ingredients for the oat layer together in a bowl. 2: For the cream layer, blend the Greek yogurt and ricotta together in a blender, then mix in the rest of the ingredients. 3: Add the oat layer to a Tupperware, then pour the cream layer over it and spread evenly. 4: Top with dusted cocoa powder, then store in fridge overnight (or at least 3 hours). 5: Take out of the fridge and enjoy.View original recipe
