What you need

oz rice noodles

oz powdered peanut butter

oz bean sprouts

fl oz water

fl oz soy sauce

oz ginger

oz white onion

oz green onion

oz garlic

oz monk fruit extract
Instructions
1: Mix the ingredients for the marinade together. 2: Press and drain your tofu, then chop it into cubes and mix in the marinade. 3: Cook the rice noodles in boiling water for 1 minute, then drain. 4: Heat up your nonstick pan and spray with cooking spray. 5: In the pan, add the diced onion and minced garlic, then add the tofu shortly after. 6: Add the rice noodles and stir, then add the bean sprouts and stir. 7: Once that’s done, pour the mixture into a bowl and top with diced green onions. 8: Enjoy.View original recipe
