What you need

oz red onion

oz nutritional yeast

tsp garlic powder

oz black beans

tomato

tsp salt

flour tortilla

oz low fat cottage cheese

oz white rice

oz fresh chives

Instructions
1: Cook rice in a rice cooker. 2: While the rice is cooking, add cottage cheese, nutritional yeast, salt, garlic powder, and paprika to a blender and blend until smooth. 3: Cook onions on the stovetop on medium heat for 4-5 minutes, then add the beyond meat ground and cook until browned. 4: Warm each tortilla in the microwave, then add the rice, beyond ground mixture, black beans, tomato, and chives followed by the cheese sauce. 5: Wrap tightly and repeat for the other 3 burritos. 6: Air fry at 400°F for 4-5 minutes or pan cook on low-medium heat for 3 minutes on each side. 7: Slice in half and enjoy!
