oz nonfat greek yogurt

pinch salt

oz coconut flour

oz all purpose flour

oz baking powder

oz egg white

oz tomato & basil sauce

oz low fat shredded mozzarella
oz Gluten-Free Everything Bagel

Instructions
1: Preheat the oven to 450F. 2: Mix all purpose flour, coconut flour, baking powder, and garlic powder together. 3: Stir in the Greek yogurt and egg whites. 4: Spread your dough into a pizza shape on a baking tray lined with parchment paper, making the outer crust part thicker. 5: Sprinkle the bagel seasoning on the crust and bake for 7 minutes. 6: Take the crust out, remove the parchment paper, and cook for 4 minutes. 7: Take the crust out again and cover with tomato sauce, then the cheese, then the vegan pepperoni. 8: Cook for 6 more minutes, or broil for the last minute if desired, then cut into 4 slices and enjoy!View original recipe
