fl oz lemon juice

oz baking soda

oz banana

fl oz unsweetened almond milk

oz cinnamon

fl oz vanilla extract

oz white chocolate chips

oz all purpose flour

oz baking powder

oz margarine

oz no-calorie sweetener
Instructions
1: Preheat oven to 325F. 2: Make buttermilk by mixing the lemon juice with almond milk and setting aside. 3: Melt the margarine and let it cool for a few minutes while mashing the banana with a fork. 4: Mix the rest of the ingredients together and add the buttermilk and the margarine (add the white chocolate chips last). 5: Add batter to 6 muffin tins sprayed with cooking spray. 6: Bake for around 18 minutes, then let cool and enjoy!View original recipe
