What you need

oz nonfat greek yogurt

oz baking powder

oz liquid egg whites
oz cookie

oz oat flour

oz monk fruit extract

egg

oz biscoff spread
Instructions
1. Preheat the oven to 400F. 2. Combine all ingredients in a bowl (except the biscoff spread and one of the crushed cookies). 3. Spray a 6.5 inch cast iron skillet with cooking spray, then pour half the batter in. 4. Add the biscoff to the middle, then pour the rest of the batter over and bake for 17-18 mins. 5. Take them out of the oven, then top with the other crushed biscoff cookie and more drizzle (optional).
